Pitt Lake, British Columbia | Justin + Vy

Through a common university friend. We both went to the same university but only met right after we graduated. We dated long distance for a while before settling in the current city together :)

We live in Ontario and want to go somewhere for our anniversary.

Since it's still a pandemic, we decided to travel within Canada and we chose Vancouver / Victoria because it's relatively warmer and it has a good combination of nature and urban feel. And we chose Pitt Lake as a place for us to take pictures.

For this specify location, Tam helped us pick as we wanted to have an impressive landscape as the backdrop.

Since the weather was cold, we prepared different layers which were give out different looks on the day.

My favorite part of the session is being photographed together and different actions (jumping, flying, running, kicking e.t.c) :).

It was great time because Tam really has given us good inspirations, plus tried to give us a variety of pictures about nuance, actions, composition and even thought we went over time to get the golden hour.

The pictures turned out amazing.
